Adoni’s personal experience in the Australian business landscape is broad. Ranging from the ownership and management of various statewide operations in the retail, rental and hospitality industries, to franchising, e-commerce and commercial property. Adoni also purchased and successfully restructured a troubled national franchise operation, leading and managing the turnaround and ultimate resale of the business within 3 years. This practical experience has given him a leading edge in understanding business fundamentals and the dynamics of business operations, from unit economics, sales and marketing, to finance and corporate governance.
