Roland West joined LINK Business Brisbane in 2014 with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of business.
Roland has extensive experience as a business consultant and brokerage specialist having owned, operated and sold numerous small and medium sized enterprises across various industry sectors.
In the mid 80’s, Roland started his business career with his first business trading within the wholesale and distribution industry, where he grew his business into a multimillion-dollar distribution business which was then acquired by a large multinational company.
Throughout the decades, Roland worked as a senior business consultant to Australia’s largest foodservice company and started a further 8 companies over different industries, including B2B, online, Franchising and construction.
With a genuine passion for business and his ability to create strong and lasting professional relationships with all stakeholders, has allowed Roland to be a highly influential consultant and senior business broker.
With over 3 decades of business acumen and a commonsense hands-on approach has gained Roland the commercial knowledge and skills needed to be a respected negotiator and a strategic thinker in helping organisations to maximise their performance, value, profits and exit strategy.
